New KS2 Number worksheets aligned to White Rose Spring and Summer terms

Are you using the White Rose schemes of learning? We’re delighted to announce that we have released the final set of worksheets in our current series.

These 25 worksheets cover the KS2 Number topics in the second half of the Spring term and the whole of the Summer term.

The new worksheets cover the following blocks:

Year 3

  • Fractions A
  • Fractions B

Year 4

  • Fractions
  • Decimals A
  • Decimals B

Year 5

  • Decimals and percentages
  • Decimals
  • Negative numbers

Year 6

  • Decimals
  • Fractions, decimals and percentages

Each page in the worksheets has been mapped to a small step from the White Rose v3.0 schemes of learning. The topic sequencing is designed to make the worksheets suitable for homework as well as end-of-block review, so you can use them in the way that suits you best.

The image shows a page from a MyMaths worksheet. There are eight blue tiles showing fractions and eight purple tiles showing decimals. The pupil needs to match the equivalent fractions and decimals.

This page from a Year 5 worksheet covers the topic of recognising equivalent fractions and decimals, working with halves, quarters and fifths.

You can find the new worksheets in the Booster packs area of the site; look for ‘WR’ in the booster pack title.

If you’re using the ‘National Curriculum (Eng)’ curriculum view, you can also find the worksheets in the Library under the section ‘Aligned to White Rose’.

The image shows a list of worksheet tasks in the ‘Aligned to White Rose’ section of the Library within the ‘National Curriculum (Eng)’ curriculum view. The task selected is “Decimals worksheet 5A” and the task description shown is “Recognising equivalent fractions and decimals using tenths, tenths and hundredths, halves, quarters, and fifths, and recognising thousandths represented as fractions (steps 2-5 of White Rose block Decimals and percentages).”

Each task description includes details of the granular topics and specific small steps covered by the worksheet.
